Buttercream Texture and Wafer Paper Class with Anita (Day Class) - 19th August 2023

Join Anita from Slices of Heaven by Anita, an award winning decorator , for a buttercream texture and wafer paper class on Saturday the 19th of August 2023, from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm.

In this class Anita will teach you how to torte, fill, and cover a cake with buttercream, achieving sharp edges for a polished finish. You will also learn how to achieve the palette knife technique on your cake, adding intricate details and texture.

Throughout the class, you will learn cake baking tips, including how to colour your buttercream to achieve the perfect shade. 

Anita will also teach you how to make a beautiful Filigree wafer paper flower. 

Finally, you will learn about the placement of decorations, adding the finishing touches to your  buttercream texture and wafer paper style cake.
